E-Pool Only Skills

Skills that can be trained only through the use of E-Pool. Note: You must have purchased the Talazar's Revenge Expansion package in order to learn these skills.

*Block* The melee ability to block opponents attack using a shield. Locations: Meroven, Duremar and Syldural

*Critical Blast* The mage ability to do an additional 50% damage during magery attacks. Locations: Duremar and Syldural

*Critical Heal* The mage ability to do an additional 50% amount of healing with magery or First Aid. Locations: Hammerfist and Meroven

*Critical Hit* The ability to an additional 50% damage to target with a melee or ranged weapon. Locations: Meroven, Duremar and Syldural

*Dodge* The ability to avoid opponents attack. Locations: Hammerfist, Ringhaven Citadel and Syldural

*Double Attack* The ability to do an additional attack using melee or ranged weapon. Locations: Valmond, Teylan and Syldural

Ashen Empires Subscription Types

What levels they are, what they can and can't do.

*Bronze* Pretty much FREE account, there is no limitations on Bronze accounts while on Valinor, but once they remove themselves from there and begin playing on the Mainland these limitations kick in. Limited XP Gain: Some skills you receive only 1/10th the normal XP with no limit. There are some skills currently that your unable to use or gain in. Unable to Party with anyone. Unable to be Guilded. If already in a Guild, they stay in the guild until they 'Leave' Guild, but would be unable to be re-tagged into that or any Guild. Unable to Drop or Pick up anything from the Ground. Unable to use Trade Tables to do secure Trades. Unable to maintain a Home or Build a Home. If you were anything but Bronze prior and let your account laps into Bronze, in 2 weeks time your house is 'foreclosed' on (aka Deleted).

*Silver* Those with short term Accounts set up. This can be from 1 day, 3 days, 7 days up to 1 month. They have access to the world with no restrictions. They can venture into the Expansions if they have purchased them.

*Gold* Are Players with their last paid period being for over 1 month. Can be purchased via /store in 1 month, 3 month or 6 month increments.

*Diamond* Player has been a subscriber at gold or silver level for 6 months continuous. Quoting OneEye: "Rock On!"

Ashen Empires Expansions

List of expansions released by Ashen Empires and some key releases.

	Demonspire
Was not exactly an 'expansion' per sa but was the major release of the new terrain overlay along with alot of new equipment and requirements for equipment. Also released were the Lotorian Knight Quests, Epool gaining quests by killing certain number of monsters.

	Talazar's Revenge
First Major Expansion released. This included the release of: The snow lands up north previously not opened up. Expanded Concept of "Boss"es, requiring quests to reach some of them. Epool only Skills Noted above Chaos Knight Quests - Similar to the Lotorian Knight Quests Jewelry Making Skill - Ability to craft various types of jewelry. New Ores - Silver, Gold and Dark.

	Sands of Creation
2nd Major Expansion released. This included the release of: New Sand Covered lands of Artonia Dragons!!! New Skill: Runecrafting - ability to make runes and totems. Limitations on Epool - No longer able to use Epool for anything BUT Archery, Magery and Melee Long Quests for Nice Armor

	Construction
Optional part of the Sands of Creation package. This included the release of: Ability to own a home and craft items for it. Unable to craft construction items unless you own the Construction Package.

Ashen Empires Character Enhancements

List of Boost types for characters as of 03.15.07

	Boost Alignment - 8 Tokens
"Increased alignment gain with each creature you kill." Details: This item will boost any alignment gained from killing monsters by 4x for 1 hour. This item stacks with Reverse Alignment and any advanced skill which also boosts alignment. In order to go towards the 'good' side you must kill monsters for alignment points within your hunting range, this item allows you to gain 4x as fast for one hour.

	Change your Race and Gender - 200 Tokens
"Allows the character to change their race." Details: This allows you to change your race and sex. In case you mistakenly choose male or female and would like your avatar to be a different race or sex, this allows you to do so.

	Map Reveal - 100 Tokens
"Allows a character to remove the fog of war, revealing the entire map." Details: This will remove the fog of war effect from the entire world map. Instead of having a black map and having to map it, this will show you everything around you. Exception is any new houses that pop up after you have used this will not be shown until you get closer to them.

	Name Change - 400 Tokens
"Allows a character to change their in-game name." Details: This allows you to change your character's name. If for some reason you dont like your current character's name this option allows you to change it. Also used by scammers or ill players to 'hide' themselves from people. So be wary.

	Orb Reset - 500 Tokens
"Allows the character to redistribute all of their orbs individually." Details: This will reset all of your character's orbs to 5. Many use this to rest their orbs in case they dont quite like what their doing at the time. This will allow them to go from a Con Mage to a Con Archer or Dexxor.

	Reverse Alignment - 5 Tokens
"Reverse alignment gain. Stacks with "Boost Alignment." Details: This item will reverse any alignment gained from killing monsters for 1 hour making the player more evil. This item stacks with boost alignment and any advance skills which also boost alignment. For those that dont want to do Evil Sacrifices or kill NPCs to lose alignment this will allow them to hunt normally and gain 'evil' alignment points.

	Server Move - Deluxe - 1200 Tokens
"Allows a character to transfer (with ALL non-stolen items) to another server." Details: This allows a character to change to another server. The character will keep all non-stolen items, including bank when transferred. If your on Legends and want to move to Heroes the PvP server, this allows you to move and maintain all the items in your bank. Homes do not transfer. As long as you maintain Silver+ account status your house will remain intact on the server it was on originally.

	Server Move - Regular - 600 Tokens
"Allows a character to transfer (with no items or bank) to another server." Details: This allows a character to change to another server. The character will lose all items, including bank when transferred. "Im tired of PvP but im broke, Im moving to the Non-PvP server. Will allow them to move but with nothing but the loincloth they came in with. This does not apply to homes.

Ashen Empires Items from the Store

	Berserker Potion Pack - 50 Tokens
"Provides a character with 10 Berserker Potions that give the character extra attacks against creatures for a short period of time." Details: These 10 potions will allow you to go berserk with melee attacks (double attack primary target and area effect attack). These potions have around a 10 second duration, which allows you double hits each time along with it being an area effect with all mobs in melee with you. Word of caution, stamina does drain with each hit. Note these potions are no-drop, so untradeable, so they do NOT work with Ranged weapons.

	Chest of Holding - 50 Tokens
"A giant no-drop container able to hold even the largest items." Details: This item provides you with a 40 slot No-Drop chest that can hold any item. These chests give you a 25% weight reduction and can hold any item in game. Note that when you die everything in it that is not no-drop will spill into your corpse, and when you return to your corpse you have a fun time gathering up your items. Ideal Bank storage item - largest non-cabinet container.

	Death Protection - 20 Tokens
"Makes a single item not drop on the character's next death." Details: This item will allow you to prevent an item from dropping due to your next death. Concept is that you can 'temporarily' mark an item no-drop for your next death, after that it becomes normal again. Have not tested this just going by concept.

	Greater Potion Pack - 60 Tokens
"Provides the character an assortment of 15 greater potions. This including healing, repair, stamina and cure disease and poison." Details: This item is an assortment of 15 greater potions, including healing, repair, stamina, cure poison and cure disease. Basically a quick way to restore some potions when running low out on a hunt at a price. Not sure if the number of potions are random or set.

	Henchman - 25 Tokens
"Provides a character with a henchmen who will do the character's bidding until the henchmen dies or the character's session ends." Details: To use this item, you must visit the Henchman Trainer in the castle of Lotor's Summer Palace. You can only have 1 henchman at a time and the level of the henchman is based on your overall level. If your henchman dies or you disco/log off you have up to 6 hours to replace him by revisiting the Trainer. Leadership skill is gained while this henchman does combat for you.

	Item NO-DROP - 150 Tokens
"Makes a single item permanently no drop. The item will take additional damage each time you are killed, including by other players." Details: This item will allow you to mark a single item as NO DROP. Pretty handy for those with an ubber weapon you dont want to lose even if dont have it equipped. But if you ever wanted to sell that item, your unable to once you set it to no-drop.

	Item Rename - 15 Tokens
"Allows a character to rename an item." Details: This item will allow you to rename a single non-collectible non stolen item. Pretty spiffy for those that would like to customize their outfits. Please remember when renaming items to read the EULA and ROC of Ashen Empires. Devs and GMs have stated they will delete any item that is a flagrant abuse of the EULA/ROC. 32 Characters is the limit for such names.

	Jail Pardon - 30 Tokens
"Allows you to get out of jail immediately." Details: Removes jail sentence time. Great for those criminals out there that wanna get back to their same old habits or for the innocent that accidently killed a banker while not paying attention.

	Rune Bag - 60 Tokens
"A variety of runes to aid you in your magic endeavors." Details: Provides a selection of magic runes. 10 of each class rune and 5 of each of the 7 other runes. Quick way to restore on runes when out away from everything. A bit pricey for 85 runes.

	Runehsard - 80 Tokens
"Allows a character to redistribute 5 orbs taken from one attribute." Details: This item gives you a runeshard which allows you to reset 5 orbs taken from another stat. "Oops I put 1 too many into Int I meant to put it in Dex", this is the cheaper fix in order to put them back in the proper stat.

	Skry Scroll - 25 Tokens
"Allows you to view and locate other players." Details: This item will allow you to see where another player is and the actions they are performing. Nice to keep track of your loved ones in game or best friends, but be warned too much of a good thing is bad. Careful on Harassing or Griefing other players with Skry Scrolls.

	Summon Corpse - 80 Tokens
"Returns all of the character's corpses to the character's current position." Details: This will allow you to summon all your corpses to your current location. Item Saver - I suggest always having one in the store unused and ready to go in case your out on a major hunt and things go majorly wrong. "OMG we got pwnd by 100 dragons! we died 10 times!" - Pop Summon Corpse - "Got all my stuff im good kthxbia".

	Teleport Stones - 60 Tokens
"Stones that allow for teleport to places throughout the world." Details: Provides a selection of 5 use No-Drop stones that allow a player to teleport to a variety of cities and locations. Comes with 7 Stones for the Cities shown below.

	Wizard's Familiar - 25 Tokens
"Summon a familiar to increase your direct spell damage against creatures." Details: To use this item, you must visit the Familiar Trainer. The trainer is located in the zoo of Lotor's Summer Palace. Durable little things, 10000 hit points but they are only level 1 so even they can die. This increases (not sure how much) direct damage spells to mobs, but not damage over time spells. This has timer similar to the Henchman with a 6 hour replacement guarantee.
