Runecrafting is ablity to create runes and totems from just gems. In order to use this ability, you must have the Sands of Creation Expansion

Many things you will need: ALOT of gems, a gem mortar and some runecrafting tools to create runes yourself. If you wish to make Totems you need all the above with exception of the tools but you will need a Totem Mold.

Gem Mortar.
Placing gems in this mortar will crush them when used in conjunction with a Runecrafting Table.
Runecrafting Tools.
Used on Crystals to craft runes.
Magic Runecrafting Tools.
Gives +10 Bonus to Runecrafting when making Runes.
Totem Mold.
Add Crystals to this mold in order to make various totems, however not all totems are craftable.
Darkwing's Gem.
Gives +5 Bonus to Runecrafting. Drops from Darkwing the Mindless L225 Boss.
Runecrafting Table.
Mandatory table used in creating Crystals, Runes, and Totems. One of these tables are usually located in any Sands of Creation town, and Lotor's Summer Palace.

• Crystal Making requires placing the proper amount of gems into a Gem Mortar.
• Once all required gems are in the Gem Mortar, it is then used on a Runecrafting Table.
