We help protect the Legends Server Community.
(Previously known as Krythian Inception Server)
We are diverse in our group, spread around the world.

Our standard qualities in a Dragoneer are as follow:
  1. Character - We do not vulch, loot (unless reasons are required for us to do so), beg for freebies, or grief play. Doing so will quickly remove you from the guild, or if not in the guild at the time, make it difficult for a very long time to be considered.

  2. Petitioning - Those of 30th overall level that are interested, must find any guild member willing to sponsor you into the guild. At that time, you will be interviewed by all the Council and Command Council to see if the petition/sponsorship should go forward. You will then be put on an observation period anywhere from 2 to 7 days. In order for a true Observation is to be held you must be available and visible during that time. After the Observation period has been determined enough time has been spent, the Council and Command Council are called for a discussion of issues about the petitioner and a vote rendered to determine if Induction is in order. In game, I will either tell you to prepare for induction or tell you that you have been declined at this time for membership. (See also 4)

    • Wyrmlings - Those of the levels between 20th and 29th, that wish to be a member of the guild may petition the guild for acceptance as a Jr Dragoneer, a Wyrmling. This means if you are accepted as a Wyrmling, you would have restricted hunting zones and travel locations. As Wyrmling status, you are not entitled to normal benefits as a full fledged Dragoneer would get (ex: Share in the Guild hunts, Help with equipment and several other factions). Upon reaching 30th level, the Council reviews your performance to see if you are worthy to be accepted into the Guild as a full fledged member. It is not an automatic induction.

  3. Alliances - We have no malice towards other guilds, most of our friends are in other guilds, it helps the world go round. Below the members list, is a list of our known alliances, any other guilds wishing to ally with us, must be done so in game.

  4. Declined - If you have been declined membership for any reason, please don't bug the heck out of us, the following day to see if you can get in, because that will most certainly ban you from any future attempt to join the guild. You will have to prove to us that things have definitely changed for the better in your case. All Council votes on membership petitions are confidential and are not discussed outside of guild nor with the petitioner.

  5. Leaving the Guild - Most of us are under the opinion that the guild is a 'lifetime' commitment, we spend our time building it up, and dedicate ourselves to the guild, to the point that the guild is part of our life. If you decide to leave the guild, at least let one of the 2nd in commands know or myself, so that we can figure out what the problem is if there is one. Once you decide your going to leave and do so, good luck on your journeys, because you will not have an invitation to rejoin the Dragoneers.

  6. Magic Stashes - Before the guild was created and prior to some people joining the guild, most have acquired a nice stash of magic items and such. I do not expect anyone in the guild to give up anything or donate anything to the guild proper itself, unless they choose to do so on their own accord. Selling within the guild members is up to the individual, for the most part we share with other guild members, or sell at a lower price then we do the general public, thats just common sense. But those that do donate to the guild, the items are either handed out to guild mates to use, kept to replace lost equipment or is sold out of the guild and the revenue generated from it goes into the Guild Fund.

    • Addendum of 06.01.2006 - With the prospect of Construction on the horizon it is asked that Active Members, help supply the Guild Coffers with either:

      1. Gold - to help prepare and help stock resources

      2. Magic Equipment - to help equip or sell to help prepare for construction

      3. Resources - to ensure that when Construction arrives that the guild as a whole will be prepared to create a Guild Hall and then help members of the guild build private residences if they so choose.

  7. Guild Hall as of 06.01.2006 - Construction is coming! Once we know what all is entailed with construction. The Guild as a whole will help build a Guild Hall (if that is a viable option with the rules of construction). Once a Guild Hall is constructed, Furnished and Ready for all, all current members of the Dragoneers will have free access (if the system allows). If a Guild Vault is available, then at that time we will determine how to set up what is to be stored in the vault. Abuse of this availablity will result in disciplinary actions, and can include up to explusion from the Dragoneers, if the Council sees fit on this.

Once Guild Hall is available to all Dragoneers, then Alliance members will also have access to the Guild Hall Proper.

At the time after the completion of the Guild Hall, Individual residences will be constructed with the help of all members of the Dragoneers to ensure quickness of construction. To determine the order of which guild homes will be constructed will be determined by council based upon activity within the guild and activity within the server. So dont expect to show up 1hour a week and believe you will be on top of the list.

  8. Macroing Abuse - By Royal Decree of King Lotor
    EFFECTIVE MONDAY 17TH, 2004:
DESCRIPTION: Unattended Macroing is an offense in Ashen Empires.
Posted in the Announcements on Stratics Forums. Dragoneers stance on this issue is that if any Guild Member is caught and punished via this decree, will be expelled with from guild, without any chance to return.

  9. Alternate Characters - In the aspects of RPing, if we know about both of your characters (or 3 or 4), and know that one is in another guild. Sorry, but thats a conflict of interest about you being in 2 guilds at once, and we will not accept any application to join at that point. If any conflict of this issue comes up, its considered issue by issue, and reviewed by the Command Council and Council, to see what direction needs to be taken on this. If you decide that you want to join another guild with another character, your decision is, Us or Them, there is no both. As for Current members that want to keep in touch with the guild with a 2ndary character (say your main is a warrior and 2ndary is a mage) Admitting your second character will be done so on a 'contact only' basis, meaning your secondary character isn't the one actually IN the guild but its a way to keep in contact with your friends.

  10. Cross Guild Transferring - In order to petition the Dragoneers and currently serving in another guild, we ask that you remove yourself from that guild and wait a grace period of no less then two weeks. During that time if you still wish to petition the guild the former rules apply along with if you are seen back in your original guild or you joined a different guild in the meantime-there is no petitioning and you will not even be considered at a later time. This shows patience to wait for things to come, those that can not follow this do not have the patience to wait. After this time away from guilds has been done, then standard petitioning, observation and interviewing will take place as stated above. We do not actively seek members of others guilds, they usually come talking to us for interest in switching.

    • Alliance Transfers as of 06.01.2006 - Those currently serving in a guild of an Alliance Member that is allied with the Dragoneers following rules apply:

      1. Must contact your current guild leader or acting guild leader and explain the reason for your wanting to transfer. Your current guild must understand that you are doing this under your own accord and not being sought out by the Dragoneers.

      2. Must have approval of your acting guild leader in order to do transfer to ensure no hard feelings are sought by either guild in this situation. If Permission is not given by acting Guild Leader then above Cross Guild Transferring Rules apply in this instance.

      3. If Permission is granted, Grace Period is waived in this case, once we have confirmation that all situations have been appeased.

      4. Those that do transfer to the Dragoneers, thereby must conform to the Dragoneer's Codes as stated above in this Current verison of the Bylaws.

      5. Must review current bylaws and review the availablity of a Dragon Spirit Name, by reviewing the current members list.

      6. Once all this has been understood, Contact a Council Member, Command Council or Warlord in order to set up Induction.

      7. Once Inducted, You are a Dragoneer at this point and the Standard Dragoneer Bylaws apply to you and you must adhere to them.

  11. Guild Hunts - Magic Items collected during guild hunts are split on a basis of needs. If items are not in direct need they are placed in the guild coffers and sold in the shop or held until a later date when they would be needed. Money collected from the Shop goes into a Guild Fund, whereas can be used for necessities or for when construction comes into play.

  12. Sabbaticals - Is a time when a Dragoneer needs some time and space to adventure forth for themselves without a guild tag. Usually this time is used to do some training without the guild, to enhance themselves in quiet times or to contemplate the world around them. When asked for a Sabbatical, it usually will not be refused. Issues that are not considered Sabbaticals are: wanting to go join another guild, wanting to go start their own guild, or quitting guild cause tired of it.

    1. Wanting to go join another guild is leaving your dragon spirit behind and pretty much quitting the Dragoneers.
    2. Wanting to go start their own guild, is a discussion between the Dragoneer, Myself and the Command Council, to determine the reasoning behind it, and justifying if it serves the better interest of the guild or not.
    3. Quitting the guild cause tired of being in the guild, is just plain quitting and leaving your dragon spirit behind, once done, there is no re-admittance, period.

  13. OOC: (out of character) We try to RP invitations into the guild. RPing helps add to your acceptance. Please do not email us for pointless issues and begging to join guild, its mainly done in game, and if yea cant abide by that, don't bother.
