You can craft any of the low level magical resources using the normal means of crafting non-magical items. That is, use an anvil or anvil of veldan to forge Keen or Polished iron items.

For Fine or Balanced magical items, you must find an Obelisk (formerly named Runic Shard). There are three of these in the land in spots that are far from any spawn gate. You can also craft Keen or Polished items at Obelisks if you wish. so.

For Superior magical items, you must find a Rune Spire (formerly named Ancient Runic Shard). There are many Rune Spires in the land, and they are placed in very difficult terrain with tough monsters surrounding them. You can craft any lesser magical items if you so desire at a Rune Spire.

Mining

• Mining is based on Strength.

	Pick Axe. A normal tool for Mining.
	Sturdy Pick Axe. A normal tool for Mining with higher durability.
	Stonebiter Pick. +10 to mining skill (20 skill required to use).
	Miners Helm. +10 to Mining when worn.
	Orc Mining Helm. +15 to Mining and +10 Str when worn.
	Dalvon Miner's Ring. Quest Reward. +5 Forging, +5 Mining and +5 Smelting.
	Kobold Miner's Belt. Drops off Kobold Miner and Kobold Foreman. +5 Mining.
	Carbonite Zule Ring. Drops off Alton Carbon Zule. +10 Mining. Requires Level 110+ to wear.

Ores

	Iron Ore - can be obtained from any mountain or boulder with an unmodified skill of 0 or more.
	Thrallenite - can be obtained from any mountain or boulder with an unmodified skill of 30 or more.
	Sulphur. Red crystals normally give Sulphur crystals which are currently used for alchemy. Need unmodified mining skill of 45 or more.
	Brimidian - can be obtained from any red crystal with an unmodified mining skill of 45 or more.
	Obsidian. Black crystals normally give Obsidian. Obsidian is currently used in conjunction with acid potions to make obsidian seekers, which are magical sling ammo. Need unmodified mining skill of 70 or more.
	Talenite - can be obtained from any black crystal with an unmodified mining skill of 70 or more.
	Carbonite - can be obtained from mountain or bolder with an unmodified mining skill of 100.
	Silver Ore - can be obtained from moss-covered rocks in the Talazar Expansion Area. Can be obtained with any level of skill in mining. Must have Talazars Revenge* in order to find and use this ore. See Jewelry Making*
	Gold Ore - can be obtained from moss-covered rocks in the Talazar Expansion Area. Can be obtained with 45+ level of skill in mining. Must have Talazars Revenge* in order to find and use this ore. See Jewelry Making*
	Dark Ore - can be obtained from moss-covered rocks in the Talazar Expansion Area. Can be obtained with 70+ level of skill in mining. Must have Talazars Revenge* in order to find and use this ore. See Jewelry Making*

Iron Smelting

• Smelting is based on Intelligence.

	Smelter's Gloves. +10 to smelting skill (20 skill required to use).

	Iron Ingots. You smelt Iron Ore into Iron Ingots which are used for crafting iron weapons, armours and tools.
	Thrallenite Ingots. You smelt Thrallenite into Thrallenite Ingots which are used for crafting magical keen and polished iron weapons.
	Brimidian Ingots. You smelt Brimidian into Brimidian Ingots which are used for crafting magical fine and balanced iron weapons.
	Talenite Ingots. Talenite can be smelted into Talenite Ingots which are used to make magical superior iron weapons.
	Carbonite Ingots. Carbonite can be smelted into Carbonite Ingots which are used to seaship weapons and ammunition.


	Enchanted Thrallenite Ingots. Enchanted with a spell. Used to create some magical armor.
	Enchanted Brimidian Ingots. Enchanted with a spell. Used to create some magical armor and equipment.
	Enchanted Talenite Ingots. Enchanted with a spell. Used to create some magical armor.

	Silver Ingots. You smelt Silver Ore into Silver Ingots. Must have Talazars Revenge* in order to find and use this ore. See Jewelry Making*
	Gold Ingots. You smelt Gold Ore into Gold Ingots. Must have Talazars Revenge* in order to find and use this ore. See Jewelry Making*
	Dark Ingots. You smelt Dark Ore into Dark Ingots. Must have Talazars Revenge* in order to find and use this ore. See Jewelry Making*
	Full Metal Ingot - You smelt Full metal Ore into ingots. Available on Chaos Server only!

Metal Salvaging

• Metal Salvaging is based on Strength. Salvaging is a Talazar's Revenge only skill.

	Metal Salvage Tools. When used on metal weapons and armour, resources of the item is returned back.Max return is 50% of the necessary material. TR Expansion required.
	Veldan's Tongs. Gives +10 to skill and requires 20 skill to use. TR Expansion required.

Iron Forging

• Forging is based on Strength.

	Blacksmith Guidebook. Helps beginners on the way to being a Blacksmith.
	Blacksmith Hammer. A normal tool for Iron Forging.
	Veldan's Hammer. +10 to iron forging skill (20 skill required to use).
	Anvil of Veldan. Placed on Ground or carried in backpack, gives Forger +10 to mining for Success only.
	Mystical Orb of Forging. Increases Skills in the Blacksmithing Group by 30 for only 5 minutes. Must have Sands of Creation* Expansion to use.
