  Roasting is what anyone can do while out in the field or in a town. Some animals drop raw meat, or one can fish, using a campfire or oven to roast the food so that it helps restore ones Nourish/Food Level.

Kindling can be found by chopping at barren trees.
Campfire can be created using Kindling and kept going by adding more kindling.
